Rental Terms / Conditions

The Rules we have to have

Terms & Conditions

Rental Terms  /  Conditions 

  • 1. All rentals are the property of K&R photographics and must be returned at the end of the rental period or upon request. Title to the equipment shall remain at all times with K&R photographics.
  • 2. All rentals are based on a 24 hour period. Item is due at the same time it was picked up for a one day charge.
  • 3. Friday after 3 pm to Monday morning 10 am is a 1 1/2 day charge.
  • 4. Out of town rentals - Transit time and fees are chargeable. K&R will allow one day shipping time at no charge. Lessee agrees to pay both outgoing and return shipping charges.
  • 5. Items are to be returned in the same condition as when received. Renters accept full responsibility for any loss, repairs or damage to the equipment. Insurance is the responsibility of the renter and a certificate of Liability may be required before the rental account agreement is accepted. In the case of loss or theft, rental will be charged until K&R is reimbursed for the replacement equipment. A cleaning surcharge will be accessed if not returned clean.
  • 6. Store hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm M-F. Special pickup or drop off times may be arranged in advance.  
  • 7.  K&R assumes no responsibility for the equipment or usage of the equipment. It is the renter's responsibility to determine the usability and proper professional use of rental items. K&R shall not be liable for any consequential damages suffered by the customer or any third party.
  • 8. Lamps are the responsibility of the renter, Only lamps determined by K&R to be burned out will be exempt.
  • 9. Cancellations with less than 24 hrs. notice may be subject to up to one day rental fee.
  • 10. If rentals are not returned within the rental terms, all fees for recovery will be the responsibility of the renter.
